About Dawna

Raised in a real estate family in Southern California, Dawna Brown learned independence early. After losing her mother at age ten and caring for her younger sister while her father worked on the road, she developed the discipline, empathy, and leadership that now define her career.

Introduced to real estate by her stepmother, Dawna grew up watching how authentic relationships turned clients into lifelong friends—a skill she carried through years as a military spouse and mother of four, relocating across three continents and three countries. Those experiences shaped her deep understanding of transition, negotiation, and home.

Now based in Gulf Breeze and Pensacola, Dawna specializes in helping Luxury buyers and Boomers find the lifestyle that fits them best—whether that means downsizing gracefully or upsizing to the waterfront dream.

A former copywriter and published author, Dawna combines marketing expertise with personal service and local insight. She holds multiple professional designations including CRS, MRP, PSA, SFR, ePRO, and REI.
